When you book an appointment at Landriault Chiropractic Health Centre, Julie is usually the person who brings you back from the waiting room and explains what’s about to happen. She has been a chiropractic assistant in this office for 17 years, and Dr. Rob calls her “the office quarterback” — the team member who keeps the floor moving and knows where every patient is in their care plan at any given moment.

Julie runs the new patient experience from the moment you arrive. She walks you through your paperwork, conducts the postural assessment portion of your exam, takes Dr. Rob’s dictated notes during your structural exam, sets up your X-rays, performs the Insight nervous system scans, and walks you through your care plan and financial options on day two. When patients come back for re-exams or progress checks, Julie is usually the one re-running the scans and tracking how your spine and nervous system have changed over the course of care.

Julie has seen the practice grow from a small operation into one of the busiest chiropractic clinics in North Bay. Her depth of experience is a large part of why new patients consistently mention how thorough the exam process feels, and why long-term patients — some of whom have been coming for over a decade — know she will remember exactly where they left off.

Outside the Office

Julie runs a side cake business and is a mom. Dr. Rob describes her not just as the office’s most senior team member but as family.
