She has been with the practice for 12 years, and Dr. Rob calls her “a front desk ninja” — the team member who somehow remembers every patient’s name, every patient’s schedule, and what’s happening in the office at any given moment.
Meaghan handles the appointment book, answers the phones, manages communications coming in by phone, text, and email, and runs collections. She is the person who books your next visit on the way out and confirms your appointments before you arrive. The front desk is where she likes to be, and her quiet efficiency is part of why a clinic that often runs 80 or more patient visits in a single day still feels organized rather than chaotic.
